Returns Policy

At Economy Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • All accessories and components must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Candles that have been burned
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label provided. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective items or our shipping errors
  • Customer Returns: A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for standard returns
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items or our errors

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).

Refund Method

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account
  • Gift Card: If paid with a gift card, refund will be issued as store credit

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price minus return shipping fee (if applicable)
  • Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same item
  • Different colors of the same item
  • Items of equal or lesser value

Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@economyhomedecor.com
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  4. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned

Lost or Stolen Packages

Economy Home Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package until delivery
  • Requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for added protection

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace the item at no charge.
